Come catch Chris Murray & the New Victorians and Stomp Records artists - The Beatdown are Metropolis (corner of Government & Pandora) Friday, November 11th. The Island will be blessed with Canada's grooviest most talented ska/reggae acts. Here's an interesting fact: Did you know that the first (Canadian "Chris Murray Combo" consisted of Jules Charles - from The Bombasts/Eep Op Orp; Christian Stevenson from the same band and Sam Tallo of King Apparatus. Well if you didn't know then you'll be happy to know that those musicians consist of four fifths of Chris Murray & the New Victorians. And The Beatdown are Stomp Records' most soulful ska/reggae band.
